Combined we have over 30 years experience in the food & hospitality industry, as well as several years combined in management, business development and ownership.

My wife and I attended the Hope Golf Club's "Valentines Day 4-Course Gourmet Dinner" and were pleasantly surprised by Chef Kerry's offerings. We were presented with two selections to choose from for each of the courses and between my wife and I we both were able to try each selection. There wasn't anything that was a miss with my favorite being the seared east coast scallops.The dining area was quite spacious and we are contemplating having one of our company events there in the future. If you are planning a special occasion (ie. wedding) or want to hold a corporate event I would recommend you look to the Hope Golf Club to host your festivities.

We want to thank you all so much for giving us a beautiful day that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Everything looked great. The food was a hug hit! Many compliments to Chef Kerry. A big thanks to the Claudette the wedding planner as you were a huge help! Thanks again for all the memories.

Thank you for making our wedding weekend an absolute dream. It could not have been any better. All of you are so professional and accommodating. Chef Kerry, the food was INCREDIBLE. So many compliments were paid to me on the quality and taste of the food provided. The bbq sandwiches at midnight were A-1. Everything was perfect and we had such a wonderful time.

I recently held a surprise birthday party for my husband. Chef Kerry put extra attention into the details of the menu to follow the theme of our party (old west) and my husband even joked that he was going to fill his pockets with the cornbread......it was soooo good!!! The rest of the food was just out of this world delicious!!
~We are also proud that our previous Restaurant Oasis Bistro won “ Best New Business of the Year” for 2010 after only being open for 8 months.~
